Welcome to Kani House!

We had a great time hanging out with everyone at Kani House.

The food was great, the boys were wonderful and it was a real nice evening.

Here are a few pictures from the evening.

That’s right, I’m talking about Pie.

Last night was so much fun!

The boys behaved great and really enjoyed themselves.

I am so very proud of each and every one of them for their hard work.  I am also quite thankful to all of you parents, without your help and guidance, the boys would not have earned so much, so fast.

Den 8 received their Bear Badges.

Den 8 received their Bear Badges.

Now, onto more fun.

They had a great time with the Pies.  My hair received a nice conditioning treatment and Ms. Kimberly enjoyed her facial, face lift.

And of course, Jingle Bells as performed by Den 8.

The leaf collections looked great and the boys showed off their stamps.

Thanks parents and scouts for a great evening.

Next week, we will meet at Tyler K.’s house, Monday and 6:15pm.

See you then!

What a Great Day!

Special Thanks to Ms. Lori Beth for coordinating the day.

Let me start by saying I was so proud of the boys (and girls) today.  Their behavior was exceptional and they were interested in the exhibits.

They asked questions and looked like they really enjoyed themselves.

They were very pleasant at lunch, sat quietly, and ate their lunches.

They seem to really enjoy each other’s company and were amazing sitting around their tables having conversations.

Here are some pictures from the day.  Again, I say GREAT JOB!!!  They represented their families and scouts very well.

The boys earned their Wildlike Conservation Belt Loop today.  Some of the boys completed requirements for Collecting and/or Science Belt Loops as well.

Tennis Anyone?

Special Thanks to Alison and Lori Beth for a well run Tennis Clinic.

The boys earned the Tennis Belt Loop and Tennis Pin.

Here’s a quick picture from the afternoon.

I’m working on something different for next week in honor of Veteran’s Day.  I’ll keep you posted.

I must say, if the boys had half as much fun tonight as I did, then they had a ball.

They did a great job.  They followed directions well and learned about the Scientific Method and did a ton of experiments.

Here’s a picture of them during Slime Time!

This is one Awesome Group of Boys!!!

Also, we are now up to Six Bears.   Keep up the good work!!!

Next week is our Carnival.  I need at least three parents to run our area of the carnival.

We have a bean bag toss game, a ping pong ball into the can toss(probably will be eye balls), and tattoos.

Let me know what you are available for.

Bears!!!

Awesome!

It’s nice to see that their hard work over the summer has paid off!

We have four boys offically done with their Bear Requirements!

Way to go!!!

We had a great time with the officers last night.

The boys learned about crime prevention, different fingerprints, and how they use fingerprints to help locate people.

It was a great time.

Here are some pictures from the evening.

Cubmobile!!!

Man, we had a good time.  It was a long day but, what fun!

I had a bonus to the day.  I was on the finishing end.  The looks on the boys as they crossed that finish line was incredible.

I was lucky enough to be there to congratulate them and give them excited high fives!  They all seemed to have so much fun.

Here’s the video, I hope you enjoy it!

Go See It!

Tuesday, October 15

6:15pm

We will meet at the Sheriff’s Office.  (I’ll send the info in an e-mail.)

We will work on the Law Enforcement Requirement.

The boys will fingerprint each other and will discuss ways to help with crime prevention.

We should wear our Class A Uniforms.

Should be fun!

Wow!

What a great meeting!

We started off a little rough.  Parker, I am so sorry.  You are a tough and brave little boy.

The rest of the evening moved quickly and we got tons accomplished.

The cars look great and the Birdhouses turned out incredible.  You boys were awesome.

Remember, Registration will be at 1:30pm on Sunday at Sixes Pres.  (next to Blanket’s Creek)

Come early and stay late.  Bring money for concessions and BYOC! Bring Your Own Chair!

We need help running the concession stand if anyone can help for a bit!

It should be a lot of fun and our den will have activities for our boys to do when we are not racing!

Long pants are required, long sleeves should be worn under the Pack T-shirt, tennis shoes should be worn (no crocs or flip-flops) and helmets are required as well.

If you have any questions, feel free to call or e-mail me!

Race Day is approaching!
